The Challenge
Commercial interior visualization needs to operate on two levels simultaneously: the operator needs to see the business working (functional flow, MEP accuracy), while the customer needs to feel the brand atmosphere.
Our Solution
Full-accuracy materials from actual samples. Real lighting specification modelled to manufacturer beam spreads. Narrative framing — late-afternoon quiet moment rather than empty functional diagram.
The Result
Final imagery used by the design firm in client presentations and ongoing portfolio. The narrative-framing approach — rendering the late-afternoon quiet moment rather than an empty functional layout — has become a signature of our commercial interior work.
Full Story
Aura Beauty Clinic occupies a 3,200-square-foot ground-floor space in central Kyiv. The interior design firm came to us at an unusual stage: the client had approved the concept, but was hesitating on the construction budget. Stone, bespoke joinery, custom lighting — the numbers were large, and the client could not emotionally commit without seeing the space.
Our job was to close that gap.
Commercial interior visualization is harder than residential in one specific way: the space has to sell itself to both the operator and their future customers. The operator needs to see the business working — circulation that makes sense, zones that support the service flow, back-of-house that functions. The customer needs to feel the brand — the lighting that flatters skin tones, the acoustic intimacy, the calm.
We built the space with full MEP accuracy, placed every light fixture from the actual specification, and tuned the colour temperature to what the operator's existing clinics used during peak operating hours. The cream travertine flooring was scanned from the architect's sample. The recessed LED channels were modelled to the exact beam spread the manufacturer publishes.
The real design decision was narrative. We chose to show the space at 4:15 PM — late afternoon, a quiet moment between treatments, warm natural light raking across the reception millwork. A single staff member visible through the doorway to the treatment suite, not at the desk. This is not a functional diagram; this is a scene from the life of the brand.
This is the framing decision that defines commercial interior visualization for us: the space has to sell itself emotionally, not just functionally.
