Process & Contract

How We Work

Every project follows the same four-phase process. Every phase has a clear deliverable and a clear decision. Nothing is left to assumption.

01

Brief & Scope

Days 1-2

We lock scope in writing: deliverables, resolution, camera angles, revision rounds, delivery date. You sign, we begin. Price does not change after this point unless you request additional scope — and any change is documented before work continues.

02

Clay Review

Days 3-5

We model the architecture and composition in untextured "clay" form. This is where you approve camera angle, framing, and composition — BEFORE we invest render time in materials and lighting. Catching composition issues here saves revisions later.

03

Materials Pass

Days 6-7

We apply materials, lighting, and environment. You see the first textured render. This is where most real design conversations happen — "can the floor be warmer?", "can we test a cloudier sky?". Revision round 1 lives here.

04

Final Delivery

Days 8-10

Final color-grading, last revision round if needed, and delivery in all requested formats. 5K print-ready stills, web-optimized JPGs, vertical crops for social. If we promised a date, we deliver on that date.

How We Work

Revision Policy — In Writing.

The #1 reason developers hate working with rendering studios is unclear revision terms. Here is exactly how we handle it — no fine print, no exceptions.

Always Included

  • 3 full revision rounds — defined upfront, in writing
  • Staged approval: grey-clay → material preview → final
  • Dedicated project manager on Slack or email
  • Milestone payments tied to deliverables, not dates
  • NDA signed before any files exchange hands
  • Full usage rights on final payment

Never Happens

  • "Surprise invoices" for clarifying feedback
  • Charging per question or reply
  • Mid-project scope creep without written agreement
  • Ghosting between revision rounds

This is what "Zero Surprises" actually means.

Not a slogan. A contract clause.

Our Guarantee

"Zero Surprises" is a specific commitment, not a marketing line.

  • If we miss the delivery date, you receive a credit worth 10% of project value toward your next engagement.
  • If you're not satisfied after three revision rounds, we will refund the unused portion of your retainer. No paperwork required.
  • If scope changes are needed, we quote the change in writing before proceeding. No surprise invoices. Ever.
  • NDA signed before files exchange hands. Your architectural data, material specifications, and project details stay confidential.
