Information we receive

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, project brief and any optional company, project type or timing information you provide. A link or message you send may contain additional information. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

We use inquiry information to respond, prepare a quote and discuss or manage a project. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.

Service providers and security information

Inquiries are processed using Google Firebase for storage and Resend for email notifications. Formspree is an optional delivery fallback when configured. Email and hosting providers also process information needed to deliver messages and operate the service. Security checks use a hashed network identifier and submission timestamps to limit repeated requests; hosting logs may include IP addresses and browser or request information.

Cookies and external links

This website does not load advertising pixels, analytics scripts or an embedded Instagram feed. Interactive preferences such as portfolio filters are held in the current page state. Our Instagram link opens an external service; that service applies its own privacy practices when you visit it. Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information needed to serve the website.

Retention and requests

Inquiries and correspondence may remain in our project database, inboxes and provider backups. There is no automatic deletion schedule in the current inquiry system. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information using the contact details above. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for an active project, dispute or applicable legal obligation. Rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies to you.

International inquiries

We work with clients worldwide. Our current Firebase project uses a US region, and our email and hosting providers may process information in other locations. Contact us before sharing information subject to special transfer, confidentiality or contractual requirements.
