Website terms
About this website
Dream Renders presents architectural visualization services and portfolio work. For website questions, contact russell@dream-renders.com or +1 (305) 549-0586.
Quotes and project agreements
Published prices and calculator results are indicative starting points in US dollars. A form submission is a request to discuss a project, not a purchase or a confirmed booking. Final deliverables, pricing, any applicable taxes, payment schedule, revisions, delivery dates, cancellations and usage rights must be set out in a written project agreement before work begins.
What the images represent
Renders and animations illustrate design concepts and proposed spaces. They are not construction documents, engineering advice, planning approval or a promise of completed conditions. Materials, landscaping, views and surrounding context may be illustrative. Verify design and marketing representations before using imagery for a property offering.
Portfolio and intellectual property
Portfolio media and website content may be protected by copyright and other rights. Viewing a portfolio does not grant permission to reuse, redistribute or commercially exploit it. Rights to commissioned deliverables are defined in the project agreement. For attribution questions or a concern about media rights, contact us with the relevant page and details.
Materials you share
Share only files and information you are authorized to provide. If your project needs an NDA or special handling, arrange this with us before submitting confidential materials through the website.
Results and availability
Visualization can support design communication and marketing, but this website does not promise sales, investment returns, planning decisions or a particular commercial outcome. External links, including Instagram, lead to independently operated services.
Your applicable rights
These website terms do not replace a signed project agreement or limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Questions about a proposed project should be resolved in its written agreement.
