California / Remote collaboration

Architectural rendering for California projects.

Present architecture through its setting, materials and lived experience. We collaborate remotely with California design teams on residential exterior renders, interior imagery and development presentations.

Connect the building and outdoor spaces

For a residence or apartment project, a useful sequence can move from the approach to a terrace and into the principal living space. Indicate which landscape elements are designed and which are contextual. This helps the views tell a coherent story without filling gaps in the design with assumptions.

Resolve the setting before the final image

A hillside home, a coastal scheme and a city infill project need different source information. Include terrain levels, surrounding photographs and orientation where they affect the view. For teams in Los Angeles, the Bay Area or San Diego, the brief should describe the actual site rather than rely on a regional visual style.

Prepare your brief

Useful inputs.
A clearer quote.

  • Architectural model or plans with site levels and orientation.
  • Landscape boundaries, terrace layouts and facade materials.
  • Reference views showing how interiors connect to outdoor spaces.
  • Preferred review windows in Pacific time and final output requirements.

Prices in US dollars.

Interior images from US$1,000. Exterior images from US$1,400. A 30-second animation starts at US$4,500. Final pricing depends on your source files, modelling, views and delivery scope.

Working together

Questions from
California teams.

Can the images show different design options?

Yes, if the alternatives are included in the agreed scope. Identify the material or layout changes before production so we can price each variation and keep the camera views comparable.

How do you coordinate with a California team?

We agree on review windows and deadlines using your local time, then exchange annotated previews and consolidated feedback remotely. We do not list a California office.

Tell us about your project.

Share the location, views and local deadline. We’ll review the files and discuss a production scope with you.
